Professional hitman who executes the initial murder of journalist Martin Bennett and wounds Ray Cooper. Two years later, he eliminates BioPrime chairman Vinod Shah and acts as Congresswoman Diana Morgan's enforcer. After a temporary truce and revelation of Morgan's involvement, he confronts Rachel at her campaign office but is ultimately killed by her.
