A New Orleans hitman diagnosed with terminal lung cancer who is double-crossed by his boss. After surviving the assassination attempt, he takes an escort and a young girl on the run to Galveston. He later discovers the girl is the escort's daughter, blackmails his boss, and tragically loses the escort to his boss's crew.
