The radical founder of the Tax the Churches League who disguises herself as the archbishop's assistant, Gerda Caswell. She orchestrates the Pope's assassination plot, holds Tony and Gloria at gunpoint, and is ultimately defeated in a martial arts duel by Mr. Hennessey.
