An Olympian goddess sympathetic to human suffering. She provides Theseus and his allies with horses to reach Mount Tartarus. Her life is spared by Zeus for non-physical interference, but she is ultimately killed during the Titan battle, begging Zeus to not abandon humanity before he carries her body to Olympus.
