Theresa's father and the central figure. Initially hostile toward Simon due to racial tension and a job lie. He forces Simon into the basement, hires Reggie to investigate him, and temporarily damages his marriage through spying. Ultimately realizes Simon's true intentions and orchestrates their reconciliation.
