A British emissary who recruits Allan Quatermain in Kenya and serves as the official handler for the League. He secretly orchestrates the Fantom’s plot as a traitor within the organization. During the final confrontation at the fortress, he takes Tom Sawyer hostage as an invisible assassin and is shot dead by Quatermain.
