The military lieutenant in charge of the High Rock Emergency Bunker. Initially skeptical of a cure, he authorizes the supply run and later permits Zoe's vaccine research following Frank's death. He makes harsh decisions, including killing an infected Elyse and stopping Baca from pursuing Zoe. He is ultimately bitten and killed during the compound's collapse.
