Tony's loyal friend and fellow refugee who assists him in his early criminal dealings. He serves as Tony's right-hand man throughout his rise to power. In the climax, Tony tragically mistaken shoots and kills him after tracking him down to protect his sister Gina, only to discover they have just been married.
