A middle-aged chancer and petty schemer who runs various legally dubious businesses. He relies on his bodyguards for protection and frequently uses his local barman as an unwitting messenger. After Terry leaves, he takes in his nephew Ray and appoints him as his new minder. He is eventually apprehended by the police in the series finale.
