A desperate SMERSH agent who lost gambling funds and must recover them before execution. He cheats at baccarat using infrared sunglasses but loses to Evelyn Tremble. Desperate for the winnings, he kidnaps and tortures Evelyn with hallucinogens, only to be subsequently killed by SMERSH agents.
