A corrupt LAPD detective working alongside Burton Steckler. He participates in the harassment of Iris and the cover-up of Jeriko One's murder. His involvement in the conspiracy ultimately leads to his arrest and subsequent suicide when faced with exposure by Commissioner Strickland.
