An escaped convict who kidnaps Arthur Herk and Puggy after holding up the weapons dealer. He takes the suitcase containing the nuclear bomb to the airport, where he is attacked by Eliot Arnold. Snake jumps after the bomb when it is thrown out of the plane, ultimately exploding in the ocean.
