32-year-old photographer who meets Hayley online and in person. He shows her his home, which contains photos of underage girls. After being drugged and bound, he attempts to grab his gun and later breaks free to chase Hayley. On the roof, he confesses to watching another man rape and murder Donna Mauer, then steps off the roof with a noose after Hayley's ultimatum.
