Debonair safecracker turned German spy and British double agent. After being imprisoned in Jersey, he offers his services to German forces, fakes his execution, and is trained in France. He parachutes into England, turns himself in to British authorities, and agrees to feed them false intelligence, including diverting V-1 bombs and faking a factory bombing mission. He receives the Iron Cross from Germany and a full pardon from Britain after the war.
