A young chemist falsely accused of a jewel robbery who seeks help from his criminal aunt. He reluctantly agrees to steal a secret pearl-making formula from Professor Bauer, gets knocked unconscious during the botched heist, and becomes an unwilling test subject for Dr. Rollins' radical brain theory. He is eventually proven innocent.
