Lead LAPD sergeant investigating bizarre thefts and a secret cult. Initially clashes with new partner Pep Streebek but they bond. Suspended due to corrupt Commissioner Kirkpatrick, but reinstated after thwarting a gas attack. Ultimately arrests the cult leader and begins dating Connie Swail.
