Human BTA fighter pilot who crash-lands on Fyrine IV with enemy Drac pilot Jariba. After surviving three years in a hostile environment, he raises Jariba's offspring Zammis following Jerry's death. He is rescued by humans, defies orders to steal a ship, and leads a revolt to free enslaved Dracs, ultimately fulfilling his promise to return Zammis to his species.
Davidge assumes the role of Zammis's uncle and primary caregiver following the death of his parent.
