A ruthless up-and-coming drug dealer seeking to become Chicago's Spanish Godfather. After acquiring Uzis and setting up his associate Snake, he is initially captured but released on bail. He kidnaps Danny's ex-wife to recover confiscated drugs but is ultimately killed during a final shootout in a high-rise atrium.
