Protagonist and small farmer whose land is seized by the United States. He organizes an armed robbery gang with Trevor to attack Blackberry. After being arrested by the sheriff, he escapes prison ten years later to rescue his biological son, ultimately killing Trevor in the final confrontation before dying himself.
