Former researcher who developed organic computer chips using dolphin brains. After being fired due to project failure, he secretly continued his experiments in the building. He confronts Mark at the bio-chip, holds Jennifer hostage, and is ultimately crushed by elevator shaft cables before his corpse falls from the shaft.
