A Houston police detective driven to eradicate the White Boys drug syndicate after they kill his partner. He partners with FBI agent Smith, uncovers alien involvement through his girlfriend Diane Pallone, saves Smith from a corrupt superior, and ultimately kills the alien antagonist Talec to prevent an intergalactic invasion.
