Homicide detective pursuing FBI Ten Most Wanted fugitive Robert Randolph. Assigned to a local murder case, he becomes involved with a Zionist group, refuses to steal evidence to protect them, and is later blackmailed. After his partner's death during a raid, he confronts Randolph in a basement, is shot twice, but witnesses Randolph's death at the hands of another officer. He is subsequently removed from the homicide unit.
