A young woman hitchhiking through the Irish countryside following a separation. She stays with Martin under the alias 'You', shares meals and work with him, discovers his Emergency Service Medal, and later learns he visited her Amsterdam apartment. After his unexpected death, she wraps him in bedding and eventually checks into a hotel in Spain.
