An animal trainer who initially advises Julie to euthanize the dog. He later returns to claim his pet when the original owner arrives. During a celebration, the supposedly cured dog suddenly reverts to violence and attacks him, forcing Keys to intervene.
Keys works under Carruthers but ultimately acts independently to prevent further violence.
