A half-Italian mobster and business partner to Bernie Rose who co-owns the stock car racing operation. Orchestrating the pawn shop robbery to fund a new operation, he becomes a primary target after the money is stolen. He attempts to assassinate the Driver via a hitman but is ultimately tracked down and drowned by the Driver himself.
