Vijay's neighbor and romantic rival who marries Vijay's former lover, Sapna. Driven by his own desires, he attempts to seduce Chand and manipulates Radha into eloping with him by promising a Bollywood acting career and offering family wealth. His fatal fall during a confrontation with Vijay ultimately cures the latter.
