Main protagonist. Works at his father's restaurant and bartends at his friend's bar. Reconnects with childhood friend Nikki, cooks with her, and falls in love. Wins the pizza competition but surrenders the trophy after realizing Nikki sabotaged it for him. Pursues her to the airport, confesses his love, and reconciles with his family.
