Mullins' recently paroled brother, initially arrested by her. He connects to drug lord Larkin and provides tips on murdered dealers and shipments. He infiltrates Larkin's organization to help Mullins, alerts the FBI to a fake cruise shipment, and is shot by Larkin into a coma before fully recovering.
