An aimless contract killer who wears dark glasses and frequently calls a late-night radio show. He becomes obsessed with watching his neighbor, Carrie, and accepts a final job to assassinate Conroy Chan. After killing his target and surviving an attack from his former partner Wesley, he abducts Carrie, leading to a violent yet romantic entanglement. He ultimately eliminates Wesley, rescues a hostage, but is fatally shot by police during the climax.
