One of Blackie's two henchmen. He attempts to ambush Rex but accidentally shoots Blackie in the back during the hurried attack. Rex disarms him by shooting his hand and orders him to help carry away Blackie's corpse.
Jim serves as a hired gunman for Blackie and directly opposes Rex.
