Ella's husband who pressures her to have children. Initially suggests a medical screening, later confesses to conspiring with Dr. Simmons to enroll Ella in the experimental study. Attempts to comfort Ella after her hallucination-fueled attack, but is severely injured by the implant when she discovers his deception.
