Tony's American admirer who follows him on the train and registers at the hotel under a false identity. She infiltrates Raquel's room, discovers the stolen papers cache, and attempts to stop Tony from decoding the envelope by burning it, which inadvertently reveals the actual intelligence. She survives the climax and marries Tony.
