A disciplined WWI veteran, he identifies and executes a parachuted imposter, orchestrates an RAF bombing of a nearby German submarine factory, and ensures his neighbors safety by hosting a dinner party before the raid. He is arrested, rescued by his network, and reunited with his family in 1944.
