A former highly skilled Hong Kong police officer who, after being reassigned to the evidence room and gaining significant weight, is tasked with escorting a criminal suspect to Japan. When the suspect escapes, he is stranded in Tokyo but teams up with an ally to uncover a criminal conspiracy and redeems himself using his adapted martial arts skills.
