Detective Rita Rizzoli's LAPD partner. They collaborate to track and arrest drug dealer Jimmy Silver and his supplier Raphael. Jimenez is later involved in a shootout with gangsters Leo Nova and Earl Skinner while Rizzoli recovers from a gunshot wound.
