Ambitious prosecutor who forces suspended agent Kaminski to resign or face prosecution. He is revealed to be the mole within the FBI, forced to maintain proximity to Patrovita. Kaminski confronts him and advises him to choose trial or suicide. The prosecutor attempts to shoot Kaminski from behind but is killed.
