A Sami- and woman-hating police inspector assigned to investigate the engagement center massacre. Initially suspects the sole survivor Jompa Tormann of murdering the guests and shooting himself to appear innocent. Later pursues the awakened Jompa to arrest him, aided by assistant Unni Formen and Sami pathfinder Peggy Mathilassi.
