The wealthy, decadent owner of The Boiler Room nightclub in New York. Motivated by greed and a desire for unnatural pleasure, he purchases the Pillar of Souls and negotiates with Pinhead, promising victims in exchange for power. His exploitation ultimately backfires when Pinhead turns on him, and Monroe is fed to the demon after his former lover Terri refuses to be sacrificed.
