The high school newspaper photographer who is romantically involved with Billy. She helps Billy investigate the attic, where they discover his birth certificate revealing Cheryl's true identity. Julie later finds a secret basement room containing the mummified corpse of Chuck. She is attacked and knocked unconscious by Cheryl but survives to testify against the detective.
