A handsome gynecologist practicing in Toledo whose attractiveness inadvertently causes jealousy among his patients' husbands and boyfriends, hindering his business. He travels to Madrid for a medical conference, encounters his neighbor Antón at a cabaret, and learns about Antón's deceptive persona. Their close friendship becomes the subject of town gossip when they return.
