The vice-principal of Phoenix College and a priest. He reconciles rival student gangs, initiates a feature film project to raise hostel funds, and casts himself as Bullet Viswan. He suffers from a psychological illness that causes him to adopt his character's personality, but is eventually cured, promoted to principal, and inaugurates the new hostel.
