The divine being who appears to Raasu and Mokkai, revealing His identity through multiple religious forms. He disguises Himself as Arnold to live among them, observe their flaws, and teach them life lessons. After his power device is stolen and misused, he endures their hardships, forgives them upon their repentance, and later returns to guide another group of struggling youths.
