The romantic interest of both women who supposedly dies in a gas explosion but actually faked it. Revealed as a rogue CIA double agent also working for the KGB, he steals a biological toxin. He attempts to kill the women, orchestrates a trade in New Mexico, and is ultimately killed after slipping on rocks while chasing Lauren.
