Originally Sheryl Ann DuJean, a desperate woman rescued by Ruby. She adopts the stage name Candy Cane and becomes a highly skilled burlesque dancer that revitalizes the Carousel Club. She travels to Cuba with Ruby, escapes with him, and later becomes the club's main attraction. She abandons a Vegas singing contract, returns to Dallas, and later visits Ruby in prison before he warns her to disappear.
