Stephanie's father who returns to apologize for abandoning her. He keeps a gun at all times, attempts to perform brain surgery to suppress her telekinetic powers, and poisons hot cocoa intended for her. He shoots Stephanie to stop her, but ultimately falls victim to her revenge.
