A masseur hired by Iemon to seduce Iwa to justify a lawful murder. After failing to compromise her, he warns Iwa of the plot. He is subsequently attacked by a poisoned Iwa and later murdered by Iemon.
Iemon hires Takuetsu as an agent to facilitate Iwa's murder, later killing him when the plan fails.
Takuetsu is the agent sent to betray Iwa, leading to her fatal confrontation with him.
