Suspected German agent and leader of a dance band in Bergen. He allegedly transmits British shipping intelligence to German U-boats using a hidden code in radio broadcasts. After his code is broken, he drugs George with a truth serum and attempts to launch torpedoes against British ships from a U-boat.
