A gleefully sadistic VIP who participates in the turkey shoot. He pursues Paul Anders in a buggy, attempting to kill him with a mounted shovel, but accidentally kills his accomplice Alph. During the uprising, he is killed by Chris and Paul after they seize his vehicle.
