Central crime boss working for Mr. Dai. After a shootout, he takes charge of Watabe's children and leaves Shanghai. Tracks down traitor Zhang in 1941 Hong Kong, sacrificing his mistress Xiao Wu. In 1945, he manipulates the imprisoned Watabe into signing extradition papers by leveraging Xiao Liu and Watabe's sons, ultimately returning to Hong Kong alone.
