A resistance captain secretly betrayed to the Japanese after being tortured in 1911. He recruits three fighters for an assassination plot but sells their location to the Japanese. He later orchestrates multiple murders, becomes head of the secret police, and is ultimately shot dead by Ahn Ok-yun in 1949.
